You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your activity, whether or not authorized by you.
ph774 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. ph774 prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. If ph774 reasonably suspects that deposited funds originate from illegal activity or third-party sources, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and relevant funds may be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities.
ph774 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently. ph774 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third-party fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. ph774 targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating periods; actual processing times may vary due to payment provider delays beyond ph774's control.
ph774 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation. ph774 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your legal name.
ph774 reserves the right to conduct fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on withdrawal requests. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. Withdrawals of amounts equivalent to or exceeding applicable AMLC reporting thresholds will be subject to additional compliance procedures as required under Philippine law.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, general wagering requirements apply: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) on eligible games before any withdrawal can be processed. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph774, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from system failures, payment processing delays, or third-party service interruptions beyond ph774's reasonable control.
ph774's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their ph774 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation; (b) required by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR direction; (c) a player requests self-exclusion; or (d) a player's continued use poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph774. Real-money balances at the time of suspension will be returned to verified payment methods following completion of any outstanding compliance review, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.
